Clear old plant bushes and concrete over site to make better use of space for fire exit purposes

Edge protection for the public foot path.

Excavation of concrete and bushes was completed with mechanical help.

Installation was done in phases to keep continued and speedy progress.

Installation of shuttering form work for concrete ring beam.

Concrete fence posts installed and spaced off of the shuttering ready to be set into the ring beam.

Fence posts set and lined through with lines.

Fencing rails installed and the concrete pour sets

Shuttering striped to leave ring beam exposed.

Feather edge boarding installed with top cap, tarmac cut back and repairs where undergrowth had damaged it.

Completed border fence, installed by MJS Building Maintenance Ltd, all waste disposed of. Fire escape widened, job completed on time and on budget.
